Can't sell on the transfermarket

Hi,

I have completed all the foundations objectives to unlock the transfermarket. I have access to the market and I can buy players. But when it comes to sell players, it keeps saying the error message below.

I have been experiencing this issue since late December. Please can you have a look and check? Or does anybody how to solve it? I am on PS5 and my game name is IkoIsBack.
