Can't switch player after kick-off

At the very start of the game, I can only move one player and the other 10 have a white arrow over them which indicates they are taken. They won't even auto defend, they just stand completely frozen. After maybe 2 mins, the game just closes itself. I have it on video. This bug happens often and it ruins alot in competetive modes. For example in champs, I get a loss each time this happens and it's very frustrating.
