Case #239037481 - Recursive Loop and Platform Mismatch
I am reporting a critical data corruption error in the enforcement/ticketing system regarding Case #239037481.
1. The Evidence of a Technical Loop: My case is currently refreshing on a precise 4-hour cycle. The "Waiting on Studio" timestamps for the last 36 hours are:
* Mar 03: 12:40 pm, 4:50 pm, 8:50 pm
* Mar 04: 12:34 am, 4:30 am (System Pulse), 8:33 am, 12:31 pm, 4:44 pm, and 8:44 pm GMT. This frequency confirms a Database Sync Error where the system is attempting to process a result but failing, causing a recursive refresh every 4 hours.
2. The Hardware Mismatch (Critical Error): The case file lists my Platform as PC, yet this is a 12-year-old Xbox-only account. I do not own the game on PC.
* Technical Impossibility: It is mathematically and technically impossible for an Xbox console to trigger a PC-specific "Software Manipulation" or "Kernel-Level" violation.
* This indicates that a PC player's Hardware ID (HWID) has been incorrectly mapped to my Xbox Persona, or the Anti-Cheat has misidentified the platform source.
3. Requested Action: I am requesting a Community Manager (CM) or Senior Systems Admin to:
* Break the 4-hour automated "Waiting on Studio" loop.
* Manually verify the "Platform Mismatch" between my account history (Xbox) and the ban flag (PC).
* Force-sync the "Overturned" status to the live servers as the Studio audit is clearly stuck in a logic error.
I am 4 days into being falsely banned for "cheating" on PC even though I have NEVER owned the game on that platform and have always been an Xbox player. It is deeply frustrating as I am a long-time player; I have had my EA account since 2014 with no prior history of TOS warnings or suspensions. I just want to be back playing my favourite game franchise and Ultimate Team. I am missing out on time-sensitive content including Evolutions, Objectives, and Icon Swaps. 😔
