Facing the same problem on my PS5. I have tried everything from basic troubleshooting to advanced router configurations because the moderators and EA always blame the ISP. Nothing seems to help. Bought the 2 months ago and have not yet been able to COMPLETE a SINGLE match online in any online game mode because it randomly disconnects from the server. Thought it would be fixed in the new update but its still happening and its frustrating. The issue is specific to EA FC 26 only. All other online games work absolutely fine. Most likely an EA Server issue but alas, EA would never take responsibility let alone fix it. So many people online facing the same issue and EA just tells you your ISP is the problem no matter how good a connection you have. Can't even get a refund ffs.
I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score. Thank you.

There should also be an option for match history. Can you take a look at that and get another screenshot? It should show your recent matches.
Another test you can do is switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot. Let's see if the same thing happens. Again, this is just a test.
