Hi all, my son has had the fc's for a few years now however when trying to get on to ultimate team on fc 26 its asking him to verify via me. We enter my email address and it jjdt kicks me off stright away. Anyone know how to fix it please

I have had this issue as well. It seems that there is an issue when you haven't verified your children's accounts before the link expires. My son can't connect to EA servers in the game which rules out any online play, updates, etc. Now when the verify parental email page comes up and i input my email on the xbox it just says can't connect and puts him back in offline mode. Please can someone help as my son now cant play online in fc26 when he has been playing the game fine for years. Thanks
