Ea fix your game for the 6th time in a row I keep losing control of my character in club drop ins!!!!
Since your recent console update my character marker/cursor turns white in clubs drop ins and I lose control of my PO I am just sat there watching the game.
I have just recently started to experience this issue. I thought it was the result of someone cheating - by booting everyone out of the game. I didn't realise it was a bug, but it's happened three times in a row - which has caused me to close the game down and find something else to play.

Playing clubs and you'll be playing then suddenly you lose control of your player and your own team mates suddenly have a a grey player icon above their head like the opponents. Your character stays in the game with no player icon and you're just spectating. If you lost connection the game would kick you out so it's not that. Only seen it today and was on a couple of days before no issues then. I think there was an update not sure so could be since then. I'm on PC, deleted every cache I could find steam, EA and re installed so definitely not on my end. Please let me know if your even investigating, and when likely to have a fix. Loyal customer since 2000.

We will never get a confirmation from EA Support. They don't value the end user. If there was an error with the shop or packs giving unwanted rewards - they would issue a hotfix within the hour.
I think there's a cross over error from the four minute rush, just a theory not sure cos it still happens in the 4 min rush games. Nothing to do with packs just clubs. Play seasons with no issues, need my fix 😉. People report it being like 60% of way through. I don't know just speculating. What I do know it's wasting my f****ing time.
