Unable to get past splash screen on launch

So I've seen that a lot of other people are having this issue as well, and I'm wondering if there is any known solution for it.

When I try to launch FC 26 on PC, it pulls up the splash screen (see attachment) before crashing and redirecting me back to the EA app.

I've tried every solution that people are listing online such as updating windows and drivers, reinstalling anticheat, verifying game files, disabling overlays, restarting my PC, you name it. My PC is more than capable of running FC 26, so I'm really not sure what is causing me to be able to launch.

If anyone has anything they'd like me to try, or has found any fix for this issue please let me know.
