Clubs: Kicked out mid game when sub comes on

Every time I'm finally playing a match after an hour or so of matchmaking bs and another teammate joins the lobby and the game, mid way, it says subs warming up, my fps drops and then fully freezes then I get kicked out of clubs into the main menu.
