Co-op seasons

Issue Description:

My friend and I were playing FC 26 Co-Op Seasons and were leading comfortably when, in the final minutes, the game suddenly disconnected and kicked us out. Despite the disconnection not being our fault, the match was counted as a loss, and we were relegated for the first time.

This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, as we’ve been loyal FC (FIFA) players for years and always play fairly. Losing progress because of a technical issue is very discouraging.

Please review this incident and, if possible, restore our previous division or provide a fair resolution. We can share the match date and screenshots if needed.
