Connecting is not possible... fc26 is unable to process...

Since 7 of this month im facing a big issue: at the end of every match and before i get my coins and rivals or champions or ultimate guntlet6 point the game zend me a message(conneting to ultimate team is not possible at this time). Or (ultimate team servers are unable to process ...) and now im losing my my games and losing my time and messing all the fun .

Will the company fix this issue and reward the poor people whos facing all of these bugs and issues??
