Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment.

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing a connection issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team on PC.

When I try to connect to Ultimate Team, I receive the following error message:

“Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.”

I am playing on PC through the EA app and using True Internet in Thailand. My friend is able to connect and play normally, so this does not appear to be a general server outage.

I can also access the EA FC Companion app successfully, but I cannot connect to Ultimate Team in the PC game.

I have already restarted the game, EA app, and my PC, but the issue persists.

Could you please investigate whether there is an issue with my EA account or my connection to the EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team servers?
