Connection and controller problems

I still have controller problemens. my Steam setting are right and just to be sure i also set Vsync on and 60hrz. One day its fine and i can play erverything. the next day i simply just cant move in online games and fc26 give me the warning. How can you give players penaltys when you own game doenst work. but thats another thing. 

Also i can connect this time with my ulitmate team. He just dont connect and give me he cant do it without a explanation.
