Connection issues that may infringe on user rights
For the past three days, I have been unable to connect to the PC version of Ultimate Team via FC26.
I tried the solutions EA suggested, but they did not resolve the issue.
I also tried using a different internet provider, but the same problem recurred.
This can only be an EA server issue.
When I contacted EA, they only offered solutions that didn't resolve the problem, then unilaterally ended the inquiry and invalidated it.
Moreover, they haven't even offered a refund.
Such behavior likely violates Japanese consumer law. How can a company that charges fees demonstrate a responsible attitude toward resolving issues with this kind of response?
