Connection Problems
Since 3 days I am trying to connect to Ultimate team but it doesnt work. I tried everything else like restart my router or my playstation. Still doesnt run. Please fix it.

Community ManagerAs a test, can you switch to a mobile hotspot and let me know if that lets you connect?

Over 3 days of experiencing this issue now, coming any closer to finding a solution?

I used a hotspot and still have the same problem all appeared after update

What is the error that you're getting?
The game stops loading in just before the menus for ultimate team comes on, music still plays and stadium graphics still move just won’t load onto the menus?
