Connection Quality: 84, still get disconnect

I already:
- on NAT OPEN / TYPE 2
- 100mbps plan
- Scored 84/100 on Connection Score
- Tried 8,8,8,8 or 1.1.1.1 

But still has issue..
my zone is ASIA... can EA provide transparancy about the server load, i started to believe its problem with EA servers not connection, because other competitive game run without issue
