Connectivity “issues”

I have been trying to log in and play ultimate team for at least 6 hours today. 
when logging in it produces a pop that says I have lost my online connection and to check my home network. I have been able to play other online games and stream endlessly, and my home network is working perfectly. I have also restarted my modems, restarted the PlayStation 5, checked for updates and changed the DNS settings as well. 

Still nothing is working! Getting super frustrated that my work holidays that I planned to spend playing FC26 are going to waste. 

Please help in any way that I might be able to troubleshoot the issue or hope and pray that there is an update that will fix it soon.
