Connectivity issues

Dear EA Support Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience in FUT Champions and Divisions Rivals. On multiple occasions, specifically twice this past weekend in FUT Champions, I have encountered critical issues. After winning matches, the game freezes before I can proceed, subsequently disconnecting me from Ultimate Team and issuing a warning, despite no network connection problems whatsoever. This is an unacceptable experience and is hindering my progress. I urgently request an investigation and a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you.
