Connectivity unstable on ps5

On gauntlet I'm getting the 'unstable connection' pop up only when the other team are on the ball only. The ping is always green sub 15.  my first opponent disconnected when we were drawing but wasn't awarded the win. The second match was unplayable with player delay. 

My connection is wired and I've had no issues on any other game.
