constant crashes/lags

After the last update on PC it is NOT REALLY possible to play the game, it constantly lags!! especially online matches, delays of several seconds, the processor is constantly overloaded. Can the team do anything to solve this issue? Or maybe you will just refund the money and we will say goodbye to you? Because this is already becoming unbearable.
