Constant disconnection from EA servers for PvP games
To whoever is reading this and is able to find a solution please fix this technical error as it is ridiculously frustrating that the match disconnects seconds after the match whistle sounds and the game registers this as DNF. I'm very sure I'm not the only one experiencing this, as you can see all the comments in the discussion threads. I've done everything I can on the EA tech support but I'm still experiencing the same error. It's come to the point where I regret purchasing this game cause I can't even enjoy it. How is it possible that this wasn't an issue for FC25 but this is a major issue for FC26. Its not even an issue with my internet connection as I'm using a wired cable but I still keep getting disconnected from matches and even then the loading screens freeze from time to time. I bought a game to enjoy it, not to pray and hope that I don't get disconnected from the servers which I've checked each time and it tells me that the servers are working fine.
I'm starting a new thread here because when I tried replying the email that they sent with the technical solutions it keeps bouncing back, so are you telling me that your email servers are down as well or have they just been blocked due to the large number of complaints regarding this issue? I realized that there was an update for the game recently and I was hoping this would resolve the issue but instead it fixated on cosmetics and offline game modes.
EA, kindly do something about this because I'm very certain you're running your own company to the ground and as players who have been playing this series for so long, this is a huge disappointment. We're not even asking for any form of compensation yet, just a fix to this constant technical difficulty which is no fault of ours.
Please, if one of the support staff replies me with the same EA tech support guide I would be very willing to delete the game and ask for a refund in full. It doesn't even make sense to release a game that has so many glitches and expect the players to be ok with it. I would want a management staff who can actually do something for us to respond if possible to fix this issue or at least give us a timeframe or at least acknowledge that you're aware of this issue and you're trying to fix it.
