constant lag and disconnections on PC

The game has constant lag—both connection and FPS—and since the October 24 patch I haven’t been able to finish a match. I get disconnected right after a speed-lag spike where the game freezes for 1 second, then suddenly fast-forwards, and I receive “Connection with opponent lost” and “We’re analyzing the match result” for every online match, whether co-op or solo. In Squad Battles, I can’t complete online matches, but I can finish single-player ones. This issue only appeared after the patch and wasn’t fixed by today’s patch (October 25). I couldn't finish my squad battles games, I can't play Rivals, I can't play Weekend League, I'm unable to play whatever mode and this is affecting my progression in the game.
