Constantly crashing

I’ve downloaded fc26 digital version for the first time since ever buying a fifa game and have had none stop issues with game ever since it first came out. It takes about 5-10 minutes to load ultimate team or sometimes it just stays on the loading screen. Other issues are I’ll be playing a game and then it will randomly disconnect from the servers and then I lose my progress and get a DNF warning from EA. I’ve been a big supporter of this game ever since fifa 08 and have never had issues like what I am currently facing. How do I go about getting a refund for the digital copy so I may buy the disc version from a store
