Controller delay/ game delay pc

Since the first update on pc controller is just unplayable and its becoming a joke since i paid early access and payed money to play the game and now for weeks havent been able to play due this bug. at first i thought it was my pc but i play apex/valorant without issues and have seen many people having the same issues and the game doesnt stay in fullscreen it changes settings on itself. ea dont even care they released another update but it hasnt solved anything but hey ho there is another promo for the ultimate team users same old ea dont give a rats for anything. 

surely we can get a refund because this is just a joke.
