Controller Input Issues / Game unplayable

So guys, I've found a solution after all. Following settings:
Everything in NVIDIA and outside of the game OFF, no FPS Cap in NVIDIA or anything that influences that game.
Steam Controller Input OFF.
INGAME: Full Screen, FPS and Refresh Rate on 60 and VSYNC OFF! Thats important, as all similar fixes required VSYNC to be on with these setting combinations. If I tab out, it begins to lag again, to which I turn on borderless and then fullscreen again.
And do the best you can so that ur GPU and CPU are not on 100%. I know the game is as terribly technically optimized as the player support here is bad, but it is what is is. I wish I could help some of you with these solutions.
Note: EA or their Managers here contributed NOTHING to the solution!! They write short answers which are basically copied from other threats and they dont care about the problems of players whats so ever! In this case, they didnt even care to contribute anything at all! Just wanted to clarify this.

  Try also capping it in the NVIDIA Settings to 60 FPS.
