There are some things you can try but at the end of the day these issues exist since ea fc 23 so there is little to no hope they fix this. The games made for consoles not for PCs the upscaling software they use for consoles whicht most of the time isnt needed for pc just makes stuff weird.
1. Cap your fps to 165 or lower
2. Fullscreen mode
3. If you use the Ea app close Steam
4. if you have a old cpu buy a new one (they cant make a game thats running on older hardware)
5. Get Ds4 windows and try if that helps
