Cosmetic Evolutions animations stopped working?

Nearly 3 weeks later, no fix and no answer.

I have the same exact problem on my PS5.. The evo hasnt worked for weeks… EA come on, we payed real money for this.

Bumping this up...mine is still broke!  I really don't want to do the uninstall/reinstall thing just for some cosmetics?!  But really wish this would start working again!  EA...are you paying attention?  I realize you have bigger fish to fry with other gameplay issues but at least acknowledge it's a problem and will get to it??

yes, mine have completely stopped i'm fuming cause i payed for this and i expect to get what i payed for 

Same.. just got season pass for the packs, realised I got some cosmetics tried to apply them to players and there’s no cosmetics applied after the evo. No being funny but I feel like I’ve been scammed as I paid for something that doesn’t work 😂😂 Classic EA looking after their fanbase 

I do have the exact same issue. I can see them working on the FC Companion app but not in my console. I have a ps5.
