Crash UT

Hi EA Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with FC 26 on my PS5. The game keeps crashing during online matches, even though my internet connection is stable and other games work fine.

I have already tried:

Restarting my console and router

Reinstalling the game

Using different network connections

Error code: NW-102380-4

Please help me resolve this issue.

PS. I did an internet diagnostic on the EA website and it shows me 95-98/100, this is definitely not a problem with the internet, but with the patch servers or I don't know. Please solve this problem, I want to play in peace.
