Critical Input Delay and Animation Desync on PS5 - Account-Bound Issue

I am experiencing massive, inconsistent gameplay delay (skating players, 100ms+ input lag, animation stuttering) that has persisted across different consoles (PS4 Pro and now PS5). I have already performed every possible local troubleshooting step: LAN cable, monitor in Game Mode, 1473 MTU, Google DNS, and rebuilding the PS5 database. None of these helped.
I have tested a secondary account on the same console and network, and the gameplay was significantly smoother. This proves the issue is tied specifically to my main account's cloud data or server routing.
I am requesting a full account refresh/data resync from your side. I am a long-term customer and the game is currently unplayable for me in competitive modes due to these synchronization issues. Please escalate this to the technical team responsible for account-server integrity.
