delay while playing online
My Current Problem is that I am still experiencing a massive input lag of around 5 seconds that makes my game completely unplayable. Nothing has changed and it is a total blackout, but only in online 11v11 modes like Ultimate Team or Seasons. My Findings are that my Rush mode 5v5 still works perfectly fine with zero lag. Also my basic in game settings like Approximate Location Matchmaking and Cross Play are properly configured. The major bug blocking everything is that as soon as I turn on Vertical Sync V Sync inside FC 26, the entire game instantly slows down to a crawl, even offline in Kick Off mode. What is Certain is that this is a major optimization conflict coming 100 percent from their trash code. Their game handles V Sync terribly on PC. In 11v11, the engine gets confused, causes my graphics card to struggle, and creates this awful visual delay. To compensate, the server puts my button inputs into a queue, hence my 5 second lag. My Current Status is that I have tried absolutely everything on my end like clearing my DirectX cache and forcing performance through my NVIDIA Control Panel, but nothing has moved or improved at all. EA Support finally admitted that the issue is a bug on their end. They gave me their automated response to wait for the next game update Title Update and keep an eye on their official Twitter X account EASFCDirect. Until they actually fix their game, I am forced to stick to Rush mode if I want to play normally.
