Desynchronization, input lag and slow motion

I’m having a very specific problem on my PC. The game starts normally, then suddenly it goes into slow motion for about 5 seconds, and when it goes back to normal, my inputs become extremely desynced from the server. I get a huge input lag, around a 5-second delay, and it becomes unplayable. I’ve already tried a lot of things: checked power settings, reinstalled the GPU drivers, reinstalled the game, repaired it, changed the TEMP folder location, and nothing worked. I noticed that the FPS drops to 22 when this slow-motion issue happens, so I thought it might be overheating, but it’s not. I have over 400 hours in EA FC 26 and this has never happened before. I have an RTX 4060 and a Ryzen 7 2700.
