Didn’t receive season pass, and used 1000 points to buy it

Didn’t receive the season pass with the ultimate edition I bought. I didn’t know it came with it until I seen the message from ea when loading up the game about restarting the game to receive it. Any way, wasted 1000 points on it beforehand. Any chance of a refund?

    If the Premium Season Pass doesn’t show up right away, it’s usually just a quick refresh issue. Try restarting the game, and your account should sync so the pass appears properly.

    If you bought the Premium Season Pass using 1,000 FC Points, please reach out to our Support Team.  The team will make sure to review your account and get everything sorted for you.

    Hey the same thing happened to me can I please get my 1000 fifa points back EA? La meme chose est arrivé pour moi est-ce que je peu recouperer mes 1000 fifa points?

    I have the same problem, I talked with the support they said " u have to play a game and u will get it" that was a lie i want to premium pass ea where it is?

    Since playing I have experienced a lot of thing one being I never got my icon even though I bought the game in July or August and everytime I play a squad battles it kicks me out and I accidentally purchased the pass but it was supposed to come with the ultimate version that I bought. So I wasted 1000 fc points

    What if I still haven't received my icon pack and my season pass, I restarted several times, nothing. I reached out to chat support and still nothing i so lost and very disappointed

    Unable to attach images showing the chat, but after speaking with EA help they are still working on a fix for this.

    I bought the ultimate edition but never got the premium pass for free so I used fc points is there anything yous can do about this

    Hi, I purchased the season pass on eafc26 ultimate team, but have also purchase the ultimate edition which the 1st season pass which comes with it. I was enquiring a refund for the 1000 fifa points used to purchase the season pass.
