FC26 freezes immediately after starting a game on PlayStation 5. When I enter any game mode, the screen freezes within 5-10 seconds. I've reset the PS5, rebuilt the database, deleted caches, logged in and out of my account, and changed my network, but the problem persists. I've deleted and reinstalled the game four times, and the same problem persists. What can I do? I can't play.

Theres no error, it happens in multiple modes, in the market, everywhere, 0 internet issues here, just constantly have to restart with no errors just constantly loads and cant do anything, been like it for days now. also kicking from single player draft modes after getting given our free token...
There is no error at all. The screen just freezes and I cannot progress in any game mode. :(
I close the game and send the report with the send error report option, then I start the game again and the same problem occurs again.
Community ManagerTesting here and not seeing any issues, nor am I seeing widespread reports of this so likely syrem rather than game related.

I've tried reinstalling (download on PS5 none disk), checking for updates and restoring licence. It's still closing saying not connected to EA servers during live manger challenges and ultimate team. The game also crashes when scrolling the squad battle team selection and if you do get into a match it'll straight disconnect to the main menu and give you a DNF.

before this video, I reset fully PS5 with all games then I install first fc26 then fc25 again. FC 26 still same but fc25 is working. really interesting EA_Darko
