Didn't receive 6K FC Points for subscribing for 2 months of EA Play Pro Edition

Hello,

I've just completed the last day of my subscription of a 2 month period, and I have so far only received 2000 FC Points on my account, when according to the guide I should receive 6000 over the two months.

I've now cancelled, as I was planning on buying FC 26 to own (as I'm not using EA Play Pro to it's full extent), but I'm so far a bit concerned with the numerous issues.

Can anyone please resolve this?
