Disconnect, but I didnt get the win?

I just played a WL match, speed lag has been on going in periods during this game.

In the 80th minute, im in front 3-1 its start speed lagging again. It ends up that my opponent and i Lost the connection. Even tho im in front 3-1 in the 80th minute i dont get the win? How is that possibl? I feel betrayed of a game, that i have put huge amounts of money in. 
Can I get some clarification from an EA worker?
