Disconnect in champs

I disconnected in champs at the 15 minute 1-0 down and it counted as a loss, I don’t understand how this keeps happening since last week 2 games I’ve disconnected while winning but they didn’t count as wins so why did this count as a loss now? And it’s not my WiFi I have an Ethernet and I don’t ever lag I just want a redo of the game because this is just insane how this keeps happening.

it just freezes for 30 seconds then says you lost connection to your opponent and loads for a while as well and then says we’ll review your game in UT home.
