Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. We should go through some connection troubleshooting. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.

Hi aljo. i have same problems too. rivals or rush, I'm having a lot of disconnection problems.

Thank you. Your connection quality is the issue here. Packet loss and high latency are causing the disconnects. Try the troubleshooting steps here. You also may want to speak with your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues.
Nope, this will not solve the problem. Before patch 23/10/2025 I didn't get no one disconnect in any game mode, my connection was the same and all was good. I can't do nothing to make my connection better, I live far away from your servers, this connection is the best in my region. EA_Aljo, do you have any suggestions for this question?

Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest if your distance to a data center is the issue.
Very nice, but before update 23/10/2025 all was good and my distance to servers didn't change. EA_Aljo, maybe you can switch off ping limit or something, that block my connection to your servers, as it was before 23/10/2025?
I found the problem. It's IPv4 routing to the servers. When using IPv6 tunneling, everything stays good and you can play in all game modes. However, the ping increases from 60 to 95, which is very uncomfortable to play with. EA_Aljo, you just need to fix IPv4 connection to your servers as it was before 23/10/2025 update.
