Disconnected after every match

Since yesterday Im keep disconnected from evey match after the match is over no matter win or lose, then all wins coins objectives achievements are lost as the match never even happened. Cant proce...

PLEASE EA HELP i'm getting sick of this issue, I OFTEN DISCONNECTED AFTER A WIN AND GET LOSE INSTEAD!!! it happens in all mode either it's rival, rush, live event, event a **bleep** squad battle!!!!!!!
