Disconnected because of the server

I'm writing this message because of what happened to me in the match while i was winning the match in the ut challenges mode, the disconnection happened but not from me because i was winning the game 8-4, that happened between 12:36 am to 12:39 am ( uk time), i've received a warning because of that and it wasn't my fault
