I would like to report a serious issue with the server connection in EA Sports FC 26.
I am experiencing constant disconnections every 5 minutes while playing online modes. This problem is especially frustrating because I often get disconnected during matches, even when I am winning. When the disconnection happens, the match is counted as a loss, which negatively affects my record and causes my division/rival level to drop unfairly.
This issue is happening repeatedly and is making the game very difficult to enjoy. My internet connection is stable, so the problem appears to be related to the game servers.
I kindly request that you investigate this issue and provide a fix as soon as possible. Additionally, I would like to request compensation for the losses and progress affected due to these disconnections.
