no matter what i do, ill go into a game and it will disconnect me from the ea servers without fail, i cant even play a single 90 minutes game without it disconnecting me from ea servers. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still does it, ive turn off all my norton, firewalls, and it still happens, ive cleared cache and still happens, please someone help me i just want to play a game of fc this is all on PC.

Community ManagerThat's enough to cause disconnects and lag. Data is being sent that isn't being received. Have you tried contacting your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues?
thank you for responding, but the troubleshoot guide isnt mutch help, sorry i hope you understand :) and also how can it be the packet loss when in the last matches it was recorded as 0.03% that should not be a problem.

Happening to me as well. Every game I play I get disconnected and when I reconnect I get the message about DNF. Its ridiculous. Fix this trash game. The game already sucks and on top of that I can't even play what I payed for. My connection is great and still every game disconnects.
I have same problem and ive lost 2 games becuase of that . i have perfectly good internet but this game quits and tells me i dont have access to internet connection . it is really annoying
