Hi there. It looks like your internet is the issue. I understand the score says it's good, but that much packet loss is going to cause issues. I recommend contacting your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues. Also, you could try the troubleshooting steps listed here.
I have tried to change my DNS already, and on my ISP's app for Starlink the connection looks perfect there are no issues on starlink's end to even solve. The only point along the chain where there is an issue is playing EA FC 26. I have already gone to your troubleshooting page and tried all of the fixes you cite so please what am I meant to do at this point?

The test you ran shows the issue is with your connection. Do you have any way of switching your connection to something else to see if there's a difference?
