Disconnected

Having issues in UT getting constantly disconnected after the match is finished and getting a warning. I tried reinstalling the game and the anticheat because I saw some people said that helped. I also tried reseting my modem but that didnt help either. I also have decent scores on EA connectivity check thing. Saw another post say it might be a problem with my ISP. If so what should I tell them/ask them to do? I got the game through EA App, and I am located in Croatia, my ISP is A1 ,  if any of that can help you troubleshoot. Thanks in advance!
