Thanks for the reply Aljo, but I am already on a wired Ethernet connection. As I mentioned, my internet setup is perfectly fine and I use Google DNS. My hardware and drivers are also up to date. To give you more details about the issue:
I am constantly getting the EC:10608 error code while trying to log into Ultimate Team, which points to a cloud sync failure on your end.
If I manage to get into the menus, everything feels heavily delayed and slow.
When searching for a match, I frequently get the "There was an error creating your game session" message.
If a match actually starts, it doesn't even let me play; I just get disconnected from the EA servers and kicked out within seconds.
Since this cloud sync issue (EC:10608) prevents the game from communicating properly with my profile, it leads to these chain-reaction disconnections. Could you please double-check if there is an account-level or PC platform sync issue going on today? Thanks.
