    Hey there. Sorry to hear about your connection issues. Currently, we're not aware of anything on our end that would be causing this. If you haven't done any connection troubleshooting yet, try the steps here. Also, if you're on a wireless connection, try switching to a wire. Being wired provides a far more stable connection.     Hello. You've got a high amount of packet loss. That would be the reason for your disconnects. Please contact your ISP so they can check for any issues with your connection. You can also try the connection troubleshooting steps here.
