Division Rivals Matchmaking not taking place
Hello EA Team,
I’m facing a persistent issue in FC Mobile. For the past two days, the Division Rivals matchmaking is not working. It just keeps showing “Searching for a match” endlessly and never finds an opponent.
I’ve already tried every possible fix — clearing cache, switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and even reinstalling the game — but the issue remains exactly the same.
Other modes like VS Attack, H2H, and Manager Mode also sometimes take too long or don’t match properly, which makes the overall gameplay experience very frustrating.
I’ve been a loyal player for a long time, but honestly, I’m starting to get disappointed. I’ve opened so many packs during the last two events and didn’t get any good players, which was already disheartening — but now, with this matchmaking bug, it’s becoming hard to stay motivated.
My friends have already stopped playing and keep telling me to quit too, but I still trust EA and believe you’ll fix this. Please look into my account and reset or refresh my matchmaking status or division data from your side.
