Draft crash issues

So used 600 fc points from my preorder to play 2 drafts. Crashed at the final game, gave me the loss and reduced rewards. 2nd time around, same thing is happening. It shows I have a game left but the score in the 4th game shows as 0-3 score despite the game having not been played. I can't enter and get past the final game and am now stuck not being able to play draft. Terrible.

    This is not a connection issue. It has now locked me out of offline draft mode completely! I need some actual assistance here, this is a joke

    Hello, the same just happened to me.

    I've played a single-player draft. After I won the match (12-0, putting a lot of effort to score with a Portuguese player for the weekly objective), the game disconnected me from Ultimate Team (not an issue of my connection, as my Wi-Fi was fine all throughout) during the celebration cutscene. 

    Afterwards, I've been able to instantly hop back into UT, only to find that the match has been 0-3'd, resulting in a Draft Loss.

    Would a compensation be possible? I've just spend hours to buy the draft token from moments, only to get ''rewarded'' by a flawed, unfinished game...

    this is fake info since i paid 1500 fc points to play online draft you guys dont refund you only refund 1 draft token and for the other 4 it says not eligble for a draft token so stop telling lies to the plalyers
