ea 26 fps drop after half time or crash

I can start the game normally and play career mode. All menu's respond quickly. When I start a match, everything runs smoothly. But when it's halftime and I get to the pause menu, my FPS drops very low, and I can't play normally anymore. Sometimes it doesn't happen, but then my game suddenly crashes in the middle of the second half. And sometimes it works fine, but it happens the next match. My memory, CPU, and GPU aren't too weak during the game, always around 60%. It's very frustrating that I can't play normally. I've had this problem since I bought the game. I've tried all sorts of things online, but nothing has solved the problem.

Can someone please help me fix this?
