EA Account Servers Unavailable
I've been completely locked out of the Web App for a week now with no fix in sight, and I know I'm not the only one.
What makes it even worse is that none of the basic troubleshooting steps work. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does nothing. Deleting the cache does nothing. The only "fix" that seems to work for people is logging in on a console first, but guess what? I don't have one. So I'm just stuck.
Because of this, I'm watching my invested coins become useless, and I'm missing out on all the SBCs and objectives.
The most insulting part of all of this is the complete radio silence. The "communication" team tweeted about a fix coming "in the next few days" back on November 6th. It's now a week later, and there hasn't been a single update. It's truly shameful that a multi-billion dollar company with thousands of employees can't fix a simple login issue for over a week.
I genuinely hate this company for its constant disrespect and ignorance towards the people who actually play its games.
And don't even get me started on their so-called "EA Help." Contacting them is a waste of time. All they do is say they'll "forward it to the team."
What team? Where is this team? Is the team even still alive? This is an absolute joke.
