Ea bugs

Hello,

I play EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC through the EA App, and during FUT Champions matches I constantly get disconnected while I’m winning.

The game freezes or crashes, and I get an unfair loss even though my internet is stable and the problem is not on my side.

This has happened multiple times and it makes the game unplayable for me.

I would like to request a refund or compansation for thise unfair losses thank you Noam.
