Ea connect inbox issues

I have not been able to view or message anyone on EA sports 26 on my PS5

When on the EA connect menu, going to inbox. The message says “sorry. Something prevented us from filling your request” 

does anyone have a resolution to this issue as I have contacted EA twice with no response
